Marilyn “Lyn” H. Goss is a graduate of Westminster College where she acquired her Bachelor of Arts. She is a licensed Real Estate Broker and realtor in the State of Oklahoma. Lyn has her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management and her Certified Apartment Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association. She has previously served as the President of the Tulsa Apartment Association, the President of the Oklahoma Multi Housing Association, and she is an accredited speaker and instructor for the Real Estate Management Profession. Lyn is currently a majority stockholder and CEO of LynCo, Inc. and has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and specifically property management profession.

Gary L. Goss is a graduate of the University of Kansas where he attained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and realtor in the State of Oklahoma. Gary is a Certified Property Manager (CPM) and has his Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS) designation. He has served as the President of the Tulsa Apartment Association as well as the President of the Oklahoma Multi Housing Association. Currently he is a minority stockholder and President of LynCo, Inc.
