Lynx Property Management, Inc. was established in February, 1981, by Lyn Goss and her fellow associates. They entered into an agreement with a real estate investor to manage four properties. By 1989, Lynx grew significantly with a staff of over 100 employees. During those years, Lynx received the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) from the Institute of Real Estate Management (1987).
From 1984 to 1992, LPMI managed various properties all over the state of Oklahoma consisting of REO's Receiverships, privately owned properties, SFD's multi-family complexes, offices, retail and other miscellaneous commercial pieces of property.
In 1992, The Prudential Properties of Oklahoma (PPO) elected to start a Property Management Division and made an offer to Lyn Goss, owner of LPMI, to join with her company as its property management division, designating Lyn as the President of this new division.
In January of 1994, Lyn decided to once again, venture out on her own, reopening Lynx Property Management, Inc. under the new name of LynCo, Inc. This was possible with the support and allegiance of her former Lynx Clients. In 1996, Gary Goss joined LynCo, Inc. as Vice President and minority stockholder.
LynCo, Inc. strives to increase the value of real estate under our management through increased occupancy and marketing, as well as having a dedicated and well-trained staff. Over the years we have realized that bigger isn't always necessarily better. We concentrate on service for the portfolio of properties we manage and the owners of these properties. This philosophy is the foundation that has made LynCo successful and will remain our philosophy for years to come.
